I would like to know which is the best credit card (in NSW Australia) to use to run a small business and still be able to get free flights with either Singapore, Thai air, etc (NOT Quantus airlines) and if possible buy house hold things such as PC, TV, etc.

Banks tend to not lend less than $7,500. for a car loan. The rates for a personal loan are ridiculous! (If you happen to be perfect they will do 8.99% – at a score of 656 I am not perfect)
Please don’t suggest Capital One – they also have this same policy about not lending for these rates!
In the dealerships they will give me a 9% rate (although they are making a kick-back there) I would like to come in with a loan.

I would like to purchase a mix-use commercial space from the owner. I own all of my inventory. I need help locating a bank or mortgage company willing to work with a self employed entrepreneur. I have a equity line of credit already with a small credit union, however, they do not offer mix-use commercial loans. Can someone out there please help to steer me in the right direction? Credit scores are horrible. Really horrible. Eviction histories, repossession of the vehicle is on the credit report. no car. No personal phone/cell phone. No home. And is that easy to get the minority small business loan to open the group home for the youth? What is the qualification for the minority small business loan? I really want to know in detail.
