Under Survey for Cash
I have heard people talk about doing survey and data work over the net for extra cash but unsure weather they are a just big scam? Is it risky or does anyone know which sites are the real deal. Thanks

I need a mortgage and they claim they can remove most all bad debt from my credit history. I just wanted to get some feedback from those who have used this type of service. Thanks!

Under Consolidation Loan
I have a FHA 5.0% fixed mortgage rate now. Would it be wise to consolidate all my credit cards, loans and mortgage to a FHA Bill Consolidation Loan at a fixed 6.0% rate? I know this would stop the creditors from dropping my 40% ratio to a 95% balance to limit ratio, and raising my interest rates for “maintaining profitability on my account”. All my accounts are paid on time and above minimum, at very low interest rates….I’m puzzled

Under Commercial Loan
I’m sure it’s just me. I mean I see all of these student loan commercials, with these happy people that got up to $40,000 for school. Then why the hell can I only get the Federal loans?? I’m grateful, don’t get me wrong. If it weren’t for those, and Pell Grants, I don’t know what I would be doing right now. It’s just so frustrating, because it’s not enough. I don’t have good credit, but then I don’t have the worst either. I’ve applied with my mom as a cosigner 4 times, and was denied every time. She has a credit score of 750, which I used to think was good. I don’t know what’s considered good credit anymore. She’s had the same job for 15 1/2 years. What’s the problem??? Are very many people actually getting these things??? I’m not applying anymore. I can’t take the whole waiting to see if you’re approved, then they just send you an email telling you, you were declined. I guess I’ll start applying for these scholarships/contests/sweepstakes things. I never hear back from them either tho

Under Forex Trader
I want to buy foriegn currencies & already have an idea of which ones. I am not putting in a great deal (maybe $100 sporatically here & there, put in over time). Is it a good idea to go to a currency exchange place downtown & just buy it & let it grow, which it has & all indications show it will, even more & faster.
Most of those Forex (not bashing any trader or broker, thats just the most popular one that I see) type traders tend to have high minimums just like brokers in order to do business, plus fees. I know that exchangers have fees too, but considering that I cant get into the market any other way, what do you think?
